A 'win xp pro sp2 activation code' problem..? - xp activation hack
I have a laptop and a desktop PC. I downloaded the original version of Win XP on my laptop. Now I have downloaded from your desktop PC. The problem is that there is a new activation code is needed .. Accordingly, I have to buy another copy or contact your representative here .. and both the cost!
so .. No idea how I can hack "this or what?

I guess that means "not installed", "transfer" a genuine copy of Windows XP on your laptop.
The license you can install only one machine. Microsoft will not help with activation code, and if you say they are not on the laptop, the updates do not work when you use Active Desktop.
You need to pony up $ 100 for a new copy, or you can install Linux for free on the desktop. I would recommend for a beginner kubuntu http://www.kubuntu.com from Windows. It's free and legally.
