Partial Epileptic Seizures Does Heat Affect Epileptic Seizures?

Does heat affect epileptic seizures? - partial epileptic seizures

I have complex partial epilepsy, and yesterday a total of 5 seizures (fits abscense for most) had been a very hot day (32 * C/72 * F) here in any way. Your expert was to change my dose, but I'm in the last adjustment he advised. Anyone else having problems with seizures and heat?

Depends. Heat can be a trigger for some but not all.

All the best.

No, I can not answer, because I since the age of 18 months epileptics. When your body gets too cold, so you have one. When I was younger, was the main problem for me strobe light. The drug may also have a significant effect on what happens to their crisis. I have all this is a recipe for an epileptic. From now on I will only be a cocktail of 3 drugs. Hey, it works for me. If the problem worsens, you can do what I have in September. I had VNS surgery. I have another attack since.

I've heard that the heat can affect your attacks. I do not remember the source.
