My right eye was affected by chronic sinusitis, and my left eye, and I saw the black ring on my right eye light.
My left eye is infected breast and I notice that work on the skin a little darker.

I have heard that nasal irrigation helps w/ dark circles around the eyes. And also that balloon sinuplasty can improve air flow if your sinus troubles become chronic. This is where I'm at w/ my research.
