I believe that to remain in England for a while, but I will not go into a settlement. I intend to rent my own apartment for longer stays, so I have an address in the United Kingdom. But I do not want to work or attend school in the United Kingdom. I'll have a lot of money, so I'll be able to afford to exist for a long time. Therefore, it is more like an extended leave for a year or longer. However, I would like a driver's license, which eventually, if possible, preserved. Very soon will be a license "from the EU presented. This is useful because it prohibits people who have a license in one EU country to obtain a new license, prevented in another.
But I think you can implement and run a test as any other person, whether a citizen or long-stay arere.
